Intellectual Property Notice 
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Antje Pfahl including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.

Liability
I’m not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not my duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white parts of a paper or canvas, damaging works when hanging it, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty paintings/merchandise has been dispatched. Every painting is inspected before shipment and they are carefully packaged so you can enjoy them upon arrival.

Please always read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not my duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to a purchase.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your mobile screen or computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Antje Pfahl reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of the products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. She may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Antje Pfahl reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that is offered.
